The cups themselves aren’t bad but the packaging quality is horrible. I ordered for a gift and it looks horrible. One of the cups got almost broken and the whole box is beaten up. In comparison, there is another cup i ordered at the same day and it is cheaper and a lot better packaged with hard foam box around it and has inflated balloons inside so it doesn’t cave in. And i found similar reviews from others having same issues and broken cups so obviously the communication and review feedback are non existent.

The order was delivered in the window, but no any packing materials to protect the beautiful box, i mean not even a piece of paper to wrap it. Luckily, all cups were not broken. See the picture of the receiving box. I bet the seller wants to save any penny for the shipping at the promotion price.

I ordered it as a gift, paid for gift wrapping. So the seller covered the whole package with tape and put it in a regular bag. As a result, the gift wrapping is in tape, sticky, wrinkled and torn. But the cups are whole and beautiful, as described.
