Before buying from this seller, think twice! The kettle arrived cracked! It was packaged well, so I think the product was already damaged before being packed! I wanted to return it, but the store demanded that I return the item. To send the package back to China, I need to pay up to 80 euros! The kettle cost only 8 euros. They promised to reimburse the shipping with coupons, but why do I need coupons from such a seller for that amount... so I want to warn you, if the product is damaged, you will be left without money and goods!

The package arrived in Germany on the 7th day after payment. The seller shipped the item very quickly and took great care with the packaging, but even that didn't prevent the delivery from crushing the box. But thanks to the Seller's efforts, I received my teapot intact. I haven't tried it yet, but I really like it. Thank you to the Seller.

The shipping was fast, however, the product was not well protected and arrived broken. Aliexpress processed the refund without issues. It's a shame because I really wanted to enjoy this item, but I didn't check the reviews before buying it since I'm not the only one who received it broken.
