Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand, launches, or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom delivery estimates:
- Standard Tracked Delivery: 5–9 business days
- Remote areas: delivery may take slightly longer

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
We may occasionally offer:

Order Tracking
All eligible orders include tracking information.
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:
- your tracking number;
- courier information;
- tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- we cannot guarantee successful delivery;
- additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment;
- orders already dispatched may not be modified.
Delays Outside Our Control
Occasionally, deliveries may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
- customs processing;
- courier disruptions;
- severe weather conditions;
- peak seasonal demand;
- transportation delays.
In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.
Under UK consumer law, customers are entitled to receive goods within the agreed timeframe or within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with you to provide:
- a replacement;
- or an appropriate refund where applicable.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number;
- photos of the item;
- photos of the packaging.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Customs & Import Duties
For UK customers, import duties or additional charges are generally not expected.
However, if any customs-related fees arise, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
